Job description

Salary: $55k+ annually based on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm

LaSante Health Center is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting the efficient operation of the executive office in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate meeting logistics as needed
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and support special projects
  • Note taking and maintaining organized records and filing systems
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by executive leadership
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
