  • Serve as first point of contact for communications and inquiries on behalf of Partners
  • Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts with sound judgment
  • Prepare and organize client meeting materials, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Ability to provide occasional support outside normal business hours
  • Support compliance documentation and recordkeeping
  • Assist with client appreciation events, board meetings, and internal strategy sessions
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead special projects
  • Collaborate with Operations Director to ensure synchronization across the organization
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems (Salesforce), and project management tools (Asana)
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Perceptive and able to anticipate needs of the Partners and the organization
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams, vendors, and leadership
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive client and business information
What We Offer:

While you make a difference for others, we’ll work to make a difference for you, providing an uplifting, collaborative work environment and benefits that reflect your value to us.

  • Competitive salary at $90,000 - $105,000
