Job summary

Stord is hiring an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader at our Atlanta HQ. You will own day-to-day calendar and inbox management and act as a trusted extension of the executive's office to ensure time and attention go where it matters most.

This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate without close hand-holding in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Collaboration with the Chief of Staff is essential.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years supporting a C-suite executive at a high-growth tech company.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex, high-volume calendar across time zones.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to draft in someone else’s voice.
  • High judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Comfortable moving fast in a shifting priority environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who requires minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Own the executive's calendar: schedule, reschedule, prioritize, and protect time.
  • Manage inbox, draft responses, triage requests, surface priorities.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including prep materials and agendas.
  • Partner with Chief of Staff to stay aligned on priorities and rhythms.
  • Interface with senior leaders, investors, and external partners with discretion.
  • Track open items and ensure commitments are kept; handle sensitive information.
