About the Role:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting key Executives across Crusoe’s Digital Infrastructure Group. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of their calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and overall efficiency across multiple locations (San Francisco, Denver, and field offices). The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication and time management skills. The Executive Assistant will play an integral part in supporting and operationalizing Crusoe’s company culture and must have a strong connection to Crusoe’s mission and values. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of Crusoe’s business by being a source of help and positive energy to the executive team leaders and members.

In addition to those mentioned above, your primary responsibilities will involve day to day operational tasks including vendor management, ordering, event planning and general administrative support. As the Executive Assistant, you will be required to work at the office 5 days per week. You will work closely with the Executive Assistants supporting other executive team members, Workplace Managers, and another EA who also supports the Digital Infrastructure Group. As the organization grows and develops, you will take on different responsibilities and support different functions on an as needed basis.

A Day In The Life:

  • Provide quality, timely, detailed administrative support to Crusoe leadership including managing a complex calendar of appointments; expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that may be confidential; arranging travel; procuring supplies and services and ensuring stakeholder awareness in support of these activities

  • Supports calendar management of a number of the Leadership’s direct reports in regards to team, x-functional and external meetings

  • Improve internal and occasional external meeting effectiveness by gathering and tracking key discussion topics, items requiring decisions and action items to develop agendas in advance and, documenting meeting notes and tracking action completion

  • Identifies, designs, and implements new processes, procedures, and solutions to improve team sense of community, collaboration, efficiency, productivity, and communication

  • Work closely with other EAs and Workplace Managers to coordinate corporate travel, conference registrations and office and company wide events and activities

  • Performs errands and personal tasks for leadership as occasionally needed

  • Performs other clerical or administrative duties as needed

  • Accessible and available during the traditional work week and occasionally outside the traditional workday/week for urgent or important matters

You Will Thrive in this Role if:

  • The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years related executive admin experience

  • Experience working with and supporting technology/software teams is desirable

  • Highly tuned communication skills - written, oral, social media

  • Exceptional attention to detail - numbers, process, logistics, communication

  • Ability to exercise extreme discretion

  • Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters and communications expeditiously with key stakeholders well informed

  • Proactive with desire to help others and invest time and energy in making things better

  • Ability to follow through on tasks and projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressure and with limited check-ins

  • Experience working with and supporting technology/software teams is desirable

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (gmail, docs, sheets, drive, slides etc.)

  • Positive, can-do, growth-minded attitude

  • Desire to grow with the organization and take on new challenges

  • Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $110,000-$130,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
