Reporting to the President and serving on the executive team, you will shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and position the firm as a trusted partner from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive leadership experience within architecture, design-build, integrated project delivery, commercial development, construction, interior design, or related industries.
• Experience serving as a Principal, Practice Leader, Studio Director, Managing Principal, Executive Director, or similar senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams, organizational growth, and complex client-facing initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
• Experience developing or scaling departments, practices, business units, or service offerings.
• Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead through growth, change, and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term vision for the Architecture & Interior Design practice and drive strategic growth.
• Position the organization as a trusted partner from concept through delivery on major projects.
• Participate in executive planning, client strategy sessions, and major pursuits.
• Expand service offerings and revenue through design, consulting, planning, and advisory services.
• Support growth through strategic market positioning and innovation.
