As Senior Agentic Insights Engineer, you will build and operate the agentic infrastructure that generates trusted recommendations, connecting to enterprise data and delivering insights to CIOs within days.

You’ll own production-grade AI workflows, validate outputs to prevent hallucinations, and craft actionable guidance for portfolio owners and executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering, BI development, or applied AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows in production, including tool-calling, multi-step LLM orchestration, and MCP integrations.
• Direct experience with a modern lakehouse platform (such as Databricks), including catalog-governed tables and conversational analytics tooling.
• Strong analytical judgment to validate or challenge AI-generated answers against data before presenting to leadership.
• Proven ability to translate data into practical business or operational recommendations for CIO/VP audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational analytics agents linked to IT portfolio and program data.
• Architect scheduled-push delivery for persona-based insights in Slack and Teams, with native or custom integrations.
• Define and implement an agent-output validation layer to prevent hallucinated results.
• Translate grounded agent output into clear operational recommendations for portfolio owners and executives.
• Manage CIO executive insights digest and portfolio management reporting rhythm with concrete recommendations.
• Collaborate with enterprise data, AI engineering, and reporting teams to ensure consistent metrics and data certification.
