The position will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth operations,back upsupport asrequiredand effective communication for this dynamic group. The role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and thecapabilityto build andmaintainrelationships across the enterprise.

_Administrative Support:_Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing complex calendars and travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and managing expenses.
_Project Management:_Assistwith projects, ensuring deadlines are met andobjectivesare achieved. Track project progress and provide updates, as necessary.
_Document Preparation:_Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Ensure all materials areaccurate, professional, and align with team standards.
_Communication:_Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. Craft clear and impactful communications and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
_Team Coordination:_Organize andfacilitateteam meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
_Initiative:_Identify opportunities for process improvement and take the initiative to implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
_Cross-Functional Collaboration:_Work across various departments to gather information, coordinate efforts, and ensure the successful completion of projects. Build andmaintainstrong relationships with colleagues at all levels, particularly EA peers on other teams.
