A Day in the Life

The role is based at our Fridley, Minnesota facility. You will support the Global Technology and Innovation (GTI) Core and Enterprise Technologies Teams, serving as an information expert and the "glue" to keep the team running smoothly. Responsibilities include supporting team operations, managing schedules, correspondence, invoicing, and interacting with high-level contacts. The role involves handling sensitive information with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with meetings, prepare materials, and manage confidential records.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and presentations, including virtual meetings via Teams and videoconferencing.
  • Track project statuses, compile reports, and support special projects.
  • Perform general office duties, maintain organizational charts, and manage supplies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting large teams and leadership
  • Experience in design engineering or product research support
  • Previous experience at Medtronic
  • Professional Administrative Assistant Certification (e.g., IAAP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $72,400 - $108,600. Eligible for incentives, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and more, based on employment status and location.
