The Executive Director of Risk Management oversees the organization’s comprehensive insurance and risk management program, assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization. The oversight includes the development, monitoring, maintenance, implementation and management of the corporation's property, casualty, and Workers' Compensation programs utilizing risk financing and risk control techniques. The Risk Management Director is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the Elwyn Safety and Loss Prevention Programs and works collaboratively with Service Line Area and Support Department personnel. The ED of Risk Management is responsible for the PA and NJ I/DD Incident Management and investigation program and process to ensure that incidents are investigator, reported and remediated according to program regulations and organizational policies.
