Job summary

Craft, a New York design and strategy studio, seeks an Executive Creative Director to lead the design practice. You will set the creative standard across identity, positioning, tone of voice, packaging, and websites while directing reviews, kickoffs and client presentations.

You’ll contribute hands-on and manage a team of three designers with freelance support. You’ll join a studio with a strong roster across venture, AI, defence-tech, culture brands and more, and you’ll help build the business

Qualifications

• 15+ years design leadership experience.
• Deep in brand identity and strategy.
• Experience with B2B tech and culture brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design practice as Executive Creative Director.
• Set the creative standard across identity, positioning, tone of voice, packaging, and websites.
• Direct reviews, kickoffs, client presentations, and contribute hands-on where needed.
• Manage a team of three designers plus a freelance bench.
