Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Residency in the target state with required insurance licenses or ability to obtain.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (where applicable).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships and networks.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage your agency to serve educators with affordable insurance solutions.
• Present products confidently to groups and individuals in your territory.
• Develop market access through networking, community events, and relationships.
• Work with a dedicated service representative to focus on growth and client acquisition.
