Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Experience in the insurance/financial services industry (2–5 years preferred).
• Licenses: Life & Health, Property & Casualty; FINRA Series 6 & 63 (where required).
• Ability to operate as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own agency within Horace Mann.
• Present insurance and financial products to educators and groups.
• Develop market access and build relationships with clients and prospects.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events to grow the business.
• Invest time and resources to ensure long-term success of your agency.
