Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking an Exclusion Repair Specialist to perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations in Milwaukee, WI. You will set up exclusion traps, operate service vehicles, and build strong customer relationships through courteous service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn about exclusion/pest control while working in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence is required.
• Open to learning more about exclusion/pest control.
• Carpentry experience or familiarity with hand/power tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Set up and build exclusion traps and maintain equipment.
• Respond to phone and in-person service requests and confirm scheduled visits.
• Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous service.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and tools; work with minimal supervision after training.

Responds to phone and in-person service call requests on a timely basis.
