Job summary

Hawx Pest Control is seeking a Talented Exclusion Service Professional to inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and following a daily service schedule using environmentally responsible products.

The position is full-time with a hourly wage of $22–$24 and requires construction experience, physical work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with background checks and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license.
• Works well in the presence of all pests.
• Physical labor experience and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed.
• Conduct exclusion services.
• Install and construct exclusion traps.
• Perform attic work.

Job Summary

You will inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers using high-quality and environmentally-responsible products. You will exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism while following a daily schedule of services.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license.
• Works well in the presence of all pests .
• Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions).
• Ability to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch.
• Comfortable with heights and confined spaces.
• Construction background preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Willing to work in crawl spaces and attics
