Atrium Health enterprise is hiring a Primary Care Physician in Macon, Georgia. This full-time position requires a MD or DO graduation and completion of a Family or Internal Medicine residency. The physician will provide patient care, train Family Medicine residents, and utilize AI tools for clinical documentation. The role includes a light call schedule, comprehensive health benefits, and equity-focused care in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited medical school as an MD or DO.
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active DEA registration for prescribing privileges.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for a panel of patients in a clinical setting.
• Train and educate Family Medicine residents in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Training and/or Experience Required

• Graduation from an accredited medical school as an MD or DO
• Successful completion of an ACGME‑accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Active DEA registration for prescribing privileges
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license as an MD or DO
