Mount Nittany Health's Breast Care Center in State College, PA, seeks a BC/BE, Fellowship Trained Breast Surgeon to join a growing program. The role is 100% breast surgery with no general surgery call, in a busy center performing about 13k mammograms annually.

You will collaborate with two fellowship-trained Breast Radiologists, enjoy dedicated block time, and have radiology support to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• BC/BE with Fellowship in Breast Surgery.
• Experience in high-volume breast care center is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• 100% breast surgery with no shared general surgery call.
• Busy Breast Center with approx. 13k mammograms/year.
• Two dedicated fellowship-trained Breast Radiologists.
• Dedicated block time for surgeries.

Nationally recognized, Mount Nittany Health, has an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE, Fellowship Trained Breast Surgeon to grow a program! Mount Nittany Health’s Breast Care Center is led by two dedicated fellowship-trained Breast Radiologists who are currently performing approx. 13k screening mammograms per year with increasing demand. Located in State College, PA, Mount Nittany Medical Center is a 260-bed acute care facility that offers all of the luxuries of a college town—including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

The Position:

• 100% breast surgery with no shared general surgery call
• Busy Breast Center with approx. 13k mammograms/year
