Job summary

The engineer will manage the company's messaging environment, focusing on Exchange Online along with hybrid dependencies, ensuring reliable mail flow and secure messaging integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 messaging services.
• Experience in hybrid Exchange environments.
• Strong understanding of mail flow, DNS, and email security controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Online, including mail flow and mailbox provisioning.
• Manage hybrid Exchange dependencies and support ongoing coexistence requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot email security integrations.
• Oversee mailbox lifecycle management, including provisioning and retention.
• Resolve production issues related to messaging services.
• Support general M365 operations, including cross-platform dependencies.
• Document system configurations and standard operating procedures.
