Global Partners LP is seeking an Exchange Analyst to manage the exchange process, review nominations, and facilitate clear communication among stakeholders. The role reports to the Director, Commercial and M&A, supporting hedging, nominations, and market-responsive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support counterparty requests and ensure timely responses.
• Understand market implications and maximize P&L for nominations and allocations; build reports.
• Reply to allocation requests confirming product availability with scheduling.
• Review prior day sales and update balancing forecasts for accuracy.
• Agree weekly volumes with counterparts and enter sales contracts into RightAngle.
• Coordinate with Terminals on issues shifting customers or outages for timely updates.
• Oversee supply marketing at third-party exchange locations; collect nominations and submit to counterparts.
• Enter information into the ETRM system as required.
• Back up Merc Desk for hedging and futures execution.

Job Summary

The Exchange Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the exchange process within our organization. This position will report directly to the Director, Commercial and M&A and will be responsible for reviewing nominations, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and providing insights that enhance operational effectiveness and market responsiveness.

Job Description

• Responsible for supporting counterparty requests
• Understand market implications and maximizing P&L for Global Review nominations and allocations and build reports
• Reply to allocation requests confirming product is available by working with scheduling team
• Review of sales from prior day and updating for balancing forecast
• Agree with counterparts on weekly volumes needed for supply and enter sales contracts into RightAngle
• Working with Terminals on any issues shifting customers, terminal outages issues that must be communicated to exchange counterparts
• Supply marketing at third party exchange locations, including collecting monthly nominations and submitting them to counterparts
• Enter information as required into the ETRM system
• Back up to the Merc Desk for hedging and futures execution

Pay Range

Pay Range: $103,000.00 - $154,600.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
