Job summary

Spinato's Pizzeria in Ahwatukee, Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Extraordinary Service Provider to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a 5-7 table section and uphold our hospitality standards while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor.

Required are 6 months of serving experience, weekend availability, a valid Food Handler's Card, and AZ Alcohol Certification. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of serving experience.
• Open weekend availability: Fri-Sun, plus 2–3 weekday shifts.
• Friendly, professional, and able to stay composed during high-volume service.
• Current Food Handler's Card.
• AZ Alcohol Certification.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service to every guest.
• Maintain a sense of urgency while staying calm under pressure.
• Manage a busy table section (5-7 tables) with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with FOH and HOH teams.
