The position, reported to the Director of Accountability and Principal, involves transporting students and assisting with instructional activities, under non-exempt status in a busy Craven County Schools environment.

Formación

• Graduation from high school is required.
• Minimum of 48 semester hours of general college credit (excluding cosmetology, nursing, religion).
• Must possess and maintain a school bus driver’s license (CDL) or obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provides academic support to students.
• Obtains a CDL and drives school bus or activity bus.
• Gives group instruction as prescribed by the teacher.
• Provides individualized instruction.
• Monitors work assigned by teacher.
• Reports discipline problems to teacher or principal.
