Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, MO seeks a Scientist I to join the Investigations team in Chemistry. The role is partially remote and focuses on investigations, with work under CGMP/GLP guidelines and documentation of study results.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a cGMP lab, hands-on HPLC/GC experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Monday–Friday, with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a cGMP compliant lab.
• Experience with GLP and cGMP guidelines preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and/or GC desirable.
• Experience with LIMS is desirable.
• Authorization to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform R&D work under CGMP/GLP guidelines and document studies.
• Assist with conducting, monitoring and reporting studies to ensure data accuracy.

Eurofins BPT-Columbia is looking for a Scientist l to join our Investigations team in our Chemistry department located in Columbia, Missouri.
This Scientist is a partially remote position that focuses on investigations and is an intermediate-level professional position involved in somewhat complex day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under prescribed processes (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.). Responsibilities include completing work for research and development under CGMP and/or GLP guidelines for studies, documentation, etc. Assisting in conducting, monitoring, and reporting studies to ensure data accuracy and report quality. Providing somewhat complex analytical work on projects and studies using a range of analytical techniques and instruments. Working with increasing independence on studies and assignments.

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Experience with GLP and/or GMP and hands-on experience with HPLC and/or GC desirable.
• Experience with LIMS system desirable.
• Familiarity and/or experience in a laboratory setting is required.
• Good organizational skills; ability to follow direction and good communication skills are required.
• Ability to work on multiple on-going projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a cGMP compliant lab
• Authorization to work in the US indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
