Job summary

WeatherTech is seeking a 2nd Shift Exception Line Specialist in Bolingbrook, IL to ensure packages are properly labeled and directed. The role includes audits to verify quality and routine line issue resolution for shipping labels, information gaps, and system problems.

You will also train new team members and coordinate with dock personnel. The starting rate is $21.50 per hour, with potential for higher based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Saturdays and overtime.

• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve line issues including shipping labels and incomplete information.

2nd Shift Exception Line Specialist

Starting rate is $21.50 per hour, with the potential for a higher rate based on experience. The Warehouse team is seeking an Exception Line Specialist to aid in ensuring all packages are properly labeled and directed while conducting periodic audits to verify product are packed to company quality standards.

As an Exception Line Specialist, you will

• Resolve issues that come through the line including, but not limited to:
  Issues with shipping labels, containers with no or incomplete information, system issues, picker issues

• Auditing of packed containers
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• Contacting Bastian support to aid in resolving conveyor issues
• Email any and all necessary parties with regard to exception line issues
• Communicate via radio to report all package and conveyor issues
• Training of all new department members
• Responsible for dock personnel
• Communication with Logistics, Dispatch and UPS about Swaps
• Assist freight staging area when needed
• Assist other departments when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates will
