You will assess formula correctness, logic, data-analysis accuracy, model structure, clarity, reproducibility, formatting, instruction-following, and rubric adherence.
The role also includes communicating Excel standards, supporting contributor onboarding, maintaining documentation, identifying recurring quality issues, and helping improve QA processes. This is an intermediate-level, part-time contractor opportunity for candidates in the United States, with a commitment of 20+ hours per week and pay of $55 per hour.
You will combine hands-on spreadsheet review with quality leadership and contributor support. Your feedback should be precise, practical, and grounded in project guidelines and reliable Excel practices.
Candidates should have strong Excel analysis and spreadsheet QA experience, along with the judgment to distinguish reliable spreadsheet logic from work that could mislead users or undermine an analysis. Clear English communication and an organized approach are important for feedback, documentation, calibration, and onboarding.
A degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business, data analytics, economics, statistics, operations, or information systems may be helpful. Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, spreadsheet QA, or rubric-based review is also useful.
