Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an Excel Expert on a remote contract basis to support AI training data initiatives. You will review, simplify, and expand complex Excel workbooks used in operations and strategy, producing high-quality inputs for model learning.

You'll apply expert-level Excel skills to design templates, automate workflows, and document best practices, while collaborating with the client team to identify key workflows and optimize data processes in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Excel skills including advanced formulas and data tools.
• Experience building Excel solutions for operations or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with non-financial focus.
• Clear written and verbal communication with documentation skills.
• Experience data analysis, scenario modeling, and workflow optimization in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and enhance complex Excel files used for business operations, strategy, and data analysis.
• Provide detailed feedback and examples of best practices in Excel for operational and consulting use cases (excluding finance).
• Design, document, and share templates or solutions reflecting expert knowledge for AI learning purposes.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify key workflows and operational challenges in Excel documents.
• Evaluate and simulate real-world business problems using advanced Excel features and formulas.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats, ensuring precise documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of data analysis case studies and operational scenarios leveraging Excel expertise.
