Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day excavator operations (loading, unloading, material handling).
• Lead and support a team of operators and yard associates.

• Conduct safety meetings and enforce proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate workflow with warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams.
• Monitor equipment condition and schedule maintenance/repairs.
• Track productivity, equipment usage, and operational performance.
• Step in to operate equipment when needed.
