Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our Taylor, TX team. You will operate excavators for earthwork, perform routine inspections, and help ensure project site safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year of earthwork experience and a strong commitment to safety. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This is a full-time position based at the Taylor location.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in earthwork construction.
• A strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Operate excavator and related heavy equipment safely
• Grade to specified elevations and tolerances
• Achieve proficiency with equipment before advancing to other machines
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Work hours may include days, nights, and weekends
• Work in adverse weather conditions as required
• Other duties as assigned
