• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols to protect yourself and teammates.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and report issues.
• Maintain productivity and contribute to project timelines and goals.
• Ensure excavation work meets project standards and specifications.
• Coordinate excavation activities with project managers, supervisors and team members.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and equipment issues to the team.
• Stay informed about regulations and best practices in the industry.
• Identify and address operational challenges that arise during excavation.
• Maintain accurate daily inspection reports and work logs.
