What You’ll Do

• Masterfully operate heavy machinery: excavators, backhoes, loaders, blades, scrapers, and dozers.
• Tackle roadwork, excavation, and lifting tasks with precision.
• Use small‑engine tools like jumping jacks, wacker plates, compressors, and power tools.
• Inspect equipment routinely and report any issues.
• Follow safety protocols like a pro and help create a secure job site.
• Team up to complete projects efficiently and on time.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in construction or heavy equipment operation (preferred but not required).
• A strong focus on safety and following rules.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to also work independently.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make smart decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to travel, work various shifts, and handle overtime when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry 25‑50 lbs. regularly.
• Perform repetitive movements like bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting.
• Sit or stand for long periods and navigate uneven terrain.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather and noisy environments.
• Frequent sitting.
• Occasional push/pull.
• Rarely bending/stooping.
• Rarely climbing.
• Occasional reaching.
• Continuous grasping equipment controls.
• Occasional fine manipulation.
• Frequent use of foot controls.
