Job summary

MCC LFGSP Holdings LLC (MCC) is seeking a General Labor teammate to support landfill gas system construction, maintenance, and repair. You will perform excavation, pipe handling, site prep, and assist welders/pipefitters while following safety rules and using PPE. Outdoor work, varying weather, and travel up to 75% may be required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Detail oriented and safety conscious.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening and drug tests.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Support construction, maintenance, and repair of pipeline infrastructure.
• Perform manual excavation and trenching with safety in mind.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines.
• Load, unload, and position pipes and materials.
• Ensure job sites are clean and safe; follow PPE and safety meetings.
• Assist welders and pipefitters by handing tools and materials.
• Inspect pipelines for leaks or damage and report findings.
• Travel as required; outdoor environment work.
