Knife River Corporation seeks an Excavation Foreman to lead excavation crews, plan and coordinate on-site activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards on the Magna project. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of grading, utilities, and site work.
You will work closely with the Superintendent and project managers to execute the scope of work, manage equipment, and drive quality and efficiency on site.
will be the company representative and authority and competent person on construction site when the Superintendent is not on the construction job site. They are to work with the Superintendent to plan, organize, and coordinate building their scope of work for the project. Foreman must have a clear understanding of their equipment and the project and scope of work expected from them. Management responsibilities involve directing personnel to do their jobs in order to complete the project and may include training and or discipline requirements, so as to increase profits and improve customer relationships and satisfaction.
