About the Role

BluePill AI’s founder is looking for ahigh-agency ex-founder or entrepreneurial operatorto partner and helpbuild, prioritize, and executeacross the next phase of our growth.

You’ll work directly with the founder to shape bothproduct and go-to-market strategy— owning everything fromnew product linesandcustomer acquisitiontogrowth experiments,pricing, andcommercial execution.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the founder to shape company roadmap and priorities.
• Launch new product initiatives and AI persona verticals.
• Lead GTM experiments: positioning, pricing, onboarding, and partnerships.
• Own growth — from pilot conversion to scalable revenue motion.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and research to turn insights into product.
• Build the foundation for BluePill’s next‑stage leadership team.
