Overview

The full-time Frame Puller is responsible for accurately and promptly pulling outgoing frame orders and hitting a minimum weight goal per year. This is a warehouse associate position that acts as a material handler, inventory associate, and forklift operator. Other duties include:

• Loading and unloading freight such as lumber and/or building supplies.
• Achieving a minimum weight goal per year (Year 1: 8,000 lbs/hour, Year 2: 9,000lbs/hour, Year 3: 10,000lbs/hour, Year 4: 11,000lbs/hour, etc.).
• Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard and caring for equipment.
• Shrink control.
• Forklift training, certification, and operation.
• Communicating delays or discrepancies to management.
