Job summary

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced EWP (Engineered Wood Products) Forklift Operator for a lumber handling warehouse in Riverside, CA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – Close with OT as required; Saturday OT may be required.

Requirements include 1 year of forklift experience (stand-up or sit-down Hyster preferred), drug screen and background check, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and steel toe shoes with PPE provided on site.

MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced EWP (Engineered Wood Products) Forklift Operator to fill an opening at a lumber handling warehouse in Riverside, CA.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – Close (up to 12 hours), with OT as required. Saturday OT may be required.

Requirements for EWP (Engineered Wood Products) Forklift Operator:

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience (stand-up or sit-down Hyster forklift preferred).
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, bending, carrying, and reaching.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Must have steel toe shoes – other PPE provided on site.
• Familiarity with chain saw use and handling 60’ material is required.
• Prior experience in roles such as Forklift Driver, Forklift Operator, Industrial Truck Operator, Lift Truck Operator, Reach Truck Driver, or Material Handler is a big plus!
