Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City seeks a Specialist, Systems Engineer to support the life-cycle of EW systems from conceptual development through product retirement. Responsibilities include requirements management, technical documentation, build/test support, system deployment, and in-house technical support during the system life cycle.

Travel 20-40% to customer and subcontractor sites for technical meetings and verification activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
DoD security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Support technical tasks in a focused, high productivity environment.
Capture and manage customer and derived requirements with traceability to tests.
Develop technical documentation (test plans, procedures, reports).
Ensure technical performance, quality, and adherence to schedule.
Follow established policies and objectives.
Travel 20-40% to customer and subcontractor sites for meetings and verification activities.
