LRAssociates, LLC is seeking an EVS Technician Site Lead/Supervisor to support the Hampton VA Health Care System. The successful candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in the Environmental/Janitorial Services sector and a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and customer service.

Responsibilities include overseeing janitorial staff, managing schedules, and handling complaints. The position offers full medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k matching, and earned PTO.

We are looking for a EVS Technician Site Lead/Supervisor to support the Hampton VA Health Care System. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (2) years' experience in supervising in the Environmental/Janitorial Services industry, specifically with Sanitation teams. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service skills is a must. In addition, managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements.

Applicants must be US citizen and must be able to pass a background check performed by the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 1000-1900 and some Federal Holidays

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
