ServiceMaster Clean in Illinois is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS) to maintain the highest cleanliness standards in medical environments. You will contribute to preventing disease spread and ensuring spaces remain sanitized, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates are willing to learn, physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting while following strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Specialized Cleaning & Disinfection: clean procedure rooms, restrooms, and common areas to protect against pathogens.
• General Space Maintenance: sweep, mop, polish, dust and remove trash to keep spaces safe.
• Use of PPE: follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment as required.
• Stocking Supplies: maintain inventory and ensure tools and products are ready.
• Critical Response: address cleaning needs quickly and effectively as they arise.

What You’ll Do

As an EVS Technician, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in medical facilities. Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
