Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
• Push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch and stretch as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely room turns to support patient throughput and infection prevention principles.
• Empties trash and maintains proper waste containers.
• Removes infectious waste and fills sharps containers as needed.
