Job summary

Baptist Health Hardin is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS Tech I) to join our team for a full-time day shift. The role includes cleaning, disinfecting patient rooms, and maintaining a safe and welcoming care environment.

Candidates should be able to read and follow instructions; 1–2 years in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Environmental Services is preferred. Weekend work on a rotating schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and following written or verbal instructions are required.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily duties to establish a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing care environment.
• Ensure timely turnover of patient rooms.
• Clean and disinfect occupied and unoccupied patient rooms and support areas.
• Participate in additional cleaning projects as required.
• Follow Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
