Job summary

Mercy Medical Center is seeking an Environmental Service Technician to maintain cleanliness across the hospital and nearby facilities. The role may involve traveling between locations and requires effective communication via phone, radios, or pagers.

The position is Per Diem with evening shifts. Experience in acute care hospital environmental services is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices and procedures preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and communicate effectively.

Pay Transparency

Mercy Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $19.22. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
