Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. You will oversee cleaning operations and lead the EVS team to uphold high standards.

The role offers weekly pay, training opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible schedules. Candidates should have at least one year of supervisory experience and knowledge of OSHA regulations; ability to obtain a state gaming license is required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Must be able to obtain a State Gaming License.
Experience in EVS and/or cleaning departments preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Maintain the environmental services department according to company, state, and gaming commission standards and regulations.
Order and manage the EVS cleaning supply stock.
Follow departmental policies by documenting daily the areas that have been cleaned and serviced by EVS team members.
Train and develop EVS team members to the required company, state, and gaming standards of health and safety.
Understand and adhere to the union contract of the EVS department
