Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of housekeeping or launder/linen distribution experience required.
• Excellent communication, mathematics, and technical skills required.
• Interpersonal skills to provide in-service presentations and interact with customers and vendors.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Environmental Services area.
• Monitor and improve customer service quality across shifts.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive and orderly environment.
• Lead staff interviews, orientation, and ongoing training.
• Manage inventory, equipment use, and budget performance.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure operations continuity.
