Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent with 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• At least 1 year experience as an EVS technician/housekeeper.
• A valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises resources for Environmental Services and coordinates staffing and performance reviews.
• Administers disciplinary actions and coaches EVS staff as needed.
• Prepares work and time schedules, coordinates vacations and holiday time.
• Provides inventory data and manages supplies and equipment repairs.
• Ensures safety, infection control and quality standards across assigned areas.
• Schedules cleaning tasks to meet APPA standards and supports event setups.
