Xanitos is seeking an Environmental Services Office Manager for Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on coordinating office operations, staff scheduling, and training under the Account Manager, ensuring a high standard of service.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting QA checks, maintaining inventories, and promoting Xanitos' culture and leadership philosophy. A High School diploma and payroll experience are required, with a college degree preferred.
The incumbent's primary job responsibility is to assist in the management of an assigned account or multiple small accounts under the direction and guidance of the Account Manager.
Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all account personnel, establishing and enforcing work standards in conjunction with the Account Manager, monitoring overall inventory/equipment usage, troubleshooting/problem solving, orientation/training of Account Staff, customer relations, and special project work as requested.
The purpose of this role is to prepare the incumbent to assume the operational duties of an account through hands-on training and managerial experience under the direction of an experienced Account Manager.

The expected salary range for this position ranges from $80,000.00 to $87,000.00 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position).
