Xanitos is seeking a 3rd shift EVS Manager at UPMC Altoona in Altoona, PA to oversee Environmental Services staff and coordinate with the Unit Director to deliver high-quality cleaning and infection-control standards.
The role emphasizes strong leadership, staff development, scheduling, quality assurance, and adherence to hospital policies. Union experience is required; a High School diploma is required and a college degree is preferred.
As an EVS Manager you will be responsible for managing the associates in the Environmental Services department with the oversight of the Unit Director. You will serve as a liaison between hospital departments and the Environmental Services department to provide the highest possible level of service.
