Colorado Commercial Services, Inc. is seeking organized Housekeeping Floater heroes to support daily cleaning operations across facilities in Denver. The role involves driving between sites with a company vehicle and maintaining a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.

Typical shifts include evenings and weekends. Candidates should have a valid license, a clean MVR, and be comfortable with PPE. Vaccination is required. Competitive hourly pay with driving-time bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures for cleaning and disinfecting.
• Follows all safety rules and guidelines to minimize risks for employees and clients.
• Review company feedback and work with your Supervisor to improve cleanliness and client experience.
• Maintain supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Remove waste and transport to the appropriate disposal area.
• Follows infection prevention practices including hand hygiene and proper PPE usage.
• Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Other tasks according to facility needs.

Job Skills / Requirements

Housekeeping Floaters are responsible for the daily tasks required to maintain a safe and clean environment for our clients. Housekeeping Floater use a company vehicule to drive to different facilities and are given a company credict card for gas expenses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follows procedures for cleaning and disinfecting.
• Follows all safety rules and guidelines to minimize risks for employees and clients.
• Review company feedback and work with your Supervisor to improve cleanliness and client experience.
• Maintain supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Remove waste and transport to the appropriate disposal area.
• Follows all infection prevention practices including hand hygiene and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Frequent gripping, lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Other tasks according to facility needs.

Requirements

• Must have valid drivers license and a clean MVR.
• Must be available Evenings and Weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
