Responsibilities

• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Maintains all assigned areas in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner to protect safety and health.
• Inspects and selects cleaning techniques according to orientation guidelines.
• Demonstrates efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies as needed.
• Follows universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
• Keeps cart stocked with equipment; ensures chemicals are labeled and equipment is in good condition.
• Promotes professional relationships and maintains conduct at all times.
• Supports productivity improvements and department operations.
• Complies with departmental training commitments.
