Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff within the region.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of services in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage labor budgets across the region.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including infection control and safety standards.
• Ensure contract compliance at each location.
• Be present for CMS inspections and Joint Commission readiness.
• Foster effective communication with team members and location executives.

Job Summary:

The EVS Director will be responsible for managing and leading the team. This position requires a dynamic individual who can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional leadership and guidance to their teams. Looking for a confident "go-getter".

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff within the region.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of services provided in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Daily management of all allocated labor budgets in your region
• Establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure all departments adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Ensure contract compliance at each location.
• Be present for all CMS Inspections as well as Joint Commission.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with all team members and location executives
