Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EVS Director to join our team at Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Freehold, New Jersey. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Environmental Services department and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation for our residents and staff. • Oversee the EVS department: Manage and supervise a team of EVS staff to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Develop and implement: Create and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
• Monitor and maintain: Regularly inspect and maintain all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and equipment, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with departments: Work closely with other departments, including nursing, dietary, and administration, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Maintain records and reports: Accurately maintain records and reports on EVS activities, including cleaning schedules, supply usage, and staff training.
