Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Role may require physical demands including lifting, bending, and extended walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including OSHA/state/local/federal Aramark regulations.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident areas including rooms; beds; restrooms following infection control procedures.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows waste disposal procedures and transports trash to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains friendly, efficient customer service toward customers, clients, patients and coworkers; adaptable to needs.
• Secures the facility and ensures the building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
