Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, public health, communications, education, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for various stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
• Proven ability to develop, edit, and deliver high-quality written content with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively contributing to cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dissemination and implementation activities for quality improvement and related initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to promote quality products and initiatives.
• Oversee submissions to relevant clearinghouses, libraries, and governmental agencies.
• Develop new methods of dissemination, including potential funding requests and reports.
• Complete reporting for various councils and committees as needed.
• Manage approval processes for quality products and facilitate endorsements.
• Create documents and presentations for members and staff regarding quality programs.
• Develop educational materials related to evidence-based medicine and quality programs.
